- Work with customers and application teams to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate technical, application or configuration solutions. - Solicit, develop, document and manage requirements and provides detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout project life-cycle up to and through change control. - Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. - Review system test plans and system tests modules before implementation. - Analyze market trends and drivers to define and create business solutions to specific Healthcare problems. - Develop detailed implementation project plans in conjunction with other account team associates.Requirements - Undergraduate degree and 6+ years, or Graduate degree and 4+ years of solutions architect and/or business experience in the heathcare provider environment. - 5+ years Healthcare integration experience. - Proven experience with requirements gathering. - Experience in business development activities within the HIE, Provider Healthcare Applications and Patient Engagement areas. - Previous experience documenting Business Requirements, Business Process Use Cases and Business Process flowcharts - Strong knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills. Preferences: - Previous clinical/provider health experience.
